    Creator YouTube Studio

    Open your Dashboard

    To open your dashboard.
    • Go directly to studio.youtube.com
    • From anywhere on YouTube, select your profile picture YouTube Studio.

    Navigate your Creator Dashboard

    On the dashboard you’ll see a few different cards.
    • Video Snapshot: A snapshot of how your newest video is performing compared to your previous videos.Note that it takes a few hours for this data to appear.
    • Ideas for you: Personalized recommendations, such as Creator Academy courses specific to your channel.
    • News: The latest updates from across YouTube.
    • Channel Analytics: A quick overview of your channel’s main statistics, including your total subscriber count.
    • Creator insider: The latest videos from the Creator Insider channel.
    • Recent subscribers: A list of your channel's 100 most recent subscribers.

    Creator Studio Classic

    See your Creator Dashboard

    You can go directly to your Creator Dashboard using the link youtube.com/dashboard or follow the steps below.
    1. Sign in to YouTube.
    2. In the top right, click your profile picture
    3. Select Creator Studio Dashboard.

    Navigate your Creator Dashboard

    At the top, you’ll see total views for publicly available videos, your current subscriber count, and the link to go directly to your channel. The Creator Dashboard has five sections:
    • Videos:See basic statistics for your 4 most-recent uploads. Click on video thumbnail for more info.
    • Comments: See the newest comments on your videos. Hover over a comment to reply.
    • Analytics: See watch time, views, and subscribers for your channel over the last 28 days. Click a chart to go to YouTube Analytics.
    • What's new: Get the newest product updates from YouTube.
    • Tips: Get suggestions and best practices that are customized to your channel.

    Add a video to playlist

    1. Sign in to studio.youtube.com
    2. From the left menu, select Videos.
    3. Click a video’s title or thumbnail.
    4. Select Playlists.
    5. Check the box next to the playlist you’d like to add to.
    6. Select DONE.
    7. At the top of the page, select Save.

    Add cards to videos

    1. Sign in to youtube studio
    2. From the left menu, select Videos.
    3. Click a video’s title or thumbnail.
    4. Select Cards.

    Save a video as new

    1. Sign in to youtube.studio.com
    2. From the left menu, select Videos.
    3. Click a video’s title or thumbnail.
    4. From the left menu, select Editor.
    5. Make changes to your video.
    6. Select More Save as new.

    Add Captions To Videos

    1. Sign in to studio.youtube.com
    2. From the left menu, select Subtitles.
    3. Click a video’s title or thumbnail.
    4. Select Add language and choose the language of the captions you'd like to add.
    5. In the “Subtitles” column, select Add.
    6. Choose between:
      • Upload a file
      • Transcribe and auto-sync
      • Create new subtitles or cc
    7. Add subtitles and save changes.

    Find Realtime Data

    1. Sign in to studio.youtube.com
    2. From the left menu, select Analytics.
    3. Find the Realtime activity card and click see more.

    Add Or Replace Audio In Your Video

    1. Sign to YouTube Studio
    2. From the left menu, select Videos.
    3. Click a video’s title or thumbnail.
    4. From the left menu, select Editor.
    5. In the audio row ,click
    6. Select +AUDIO.
    7. Find the audio you’d like to add and select ADD TO VIDEO.
    8. In the video player, drag the edges of the audio track to change its timing.
    9. Select Save changes.
